Welcome to our studio space, a peaceful retreat from the energy of the gym, where you can focus on the flow and motion of your body.

Join our regular scheduled classes or special events, or rent the space and host your own workshop.

Drop in for a single Studio class for $22.00+tax, or join one of our Studio Punch cards for a reduced rate of $18.50+tax per session.

 

Punch cards include 10 classes of your choice to be used throughout the season. Build a weekly routine that supports your well-being all at an affordable rate.

PILATES SCULPT

Ce cours de Pilates au sol est axé sur le renforcement des fessiers et des muscles profonds du tronc. A mat Pilates class focused on firing up your glutes and strengthening your deep core. We’ll work the muscles that support your spine and rebuild the pelvic floor while sculpting strong abs and a powerful backside. Expect repetitive, controlled movements, plenty of burn, and a stronger, more connected core

YOGA YANG YIN

Yang & Yin Yoga is an invitation for anyone seeking balance between movement and relaxation. This class is inclusive and open to all levels. During this session, we’ll begin with 30 minutes of active movement to awaken and energize the body, followed by 30 minutes of slow, restorative movement to release tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with the body. We’ll also use breathing techniques to deepen and enhance the benefits of the practice.

With a background in Somatic Experiencing, IFS, Reiki, and other mind-body approaches, she offers grounded, accessible, and deeply transformational practices.
