SOMA FLOW

Soma Flow is a 90 minute class blending breathwork, somatic movement, free-form dance, and guided meditation. This practice helps you release tension, regulate your nervous system, and return to a state of calm, joy, and gratitude. After the session, enjoy an exclusive café discount to extend your moment of softness and connection.

CANDLELIT YIN (6 Weeks)
7:30 pm Sundays (June 7th-July 12th)
End your week with a nourishing practice designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reset for the week ahead. The soft glow of candlelight sets the tone for a cozy evening practice. This class is open to all levels; no previous yoga experience is required.

POWER YIN (4 Weeks)
10:00 am Sundays (June 14th-July 5th)
Power Yin begins with heat-building postures that challenge the body and ignite inner fire. From there, we shift into grounding yin shapes, where breath and awareness guide you into deep release. A practice to sweat, soften, and return to your center.

Tone your core and sculpt your glutes with this dynamic mat Pilates class. Using controlled, medium-intensity movements, you’ll fire up your deep core, boost stability, and shape your lower body. Expect a confident, energizing flow with both standing and seated movements to challenge yourself.

YIN YOGA (4 Weeks)
8:00 pm Tuesdays (June 2nd-June 23rd)
Unwind and recharge with this 4-week evening Yin Yoga series, perfect for active bodies. You’ll move through slow, relaxing poses to build flexibility, calm your nervous system, and set yourself up for better sleep. Each week we’ll focus on a different meridian to support stress relief, emotional balance, and steady energy. It’s a gentle, feel-good practice that helps you slow down, reset, and carry that calm with you—even off the mat

PILATES SCULPT (4 Weeks)
5:00 pm Tuesdays (June 9th-June 30th)
Mat Pilates based class focusing on lower body toning and strength training.
Throughout the class we learn about proper form and breathing techniques,
pelvic floor engagement, and optional variations for injury and skill levels.
Expect a mix of core stabilization, glute, hip and leg work with some full body
strengthening to improve posture, balance, and overall functional strength.
Suitable for all levels, with options provided to progress or modify as needed.

MORNING FLOW (6 Weeks)
9:00 am Wednesdays (June 3rd-July 8th)
Take a pause to reset your body and mind with a revitalizing yoga flow. This energizing class helps you shake off morning stress and find balance for the rest of your day. Perfect for all levels, it’s the ideal way to recharge and return to your afternoon feeling refreshed and focused.

SUMMER STRONG (4 Weeks)
5:00 pm Wednesdays (June 3rd-June 24th)
The class will focus on strength, power, balance, mobility, building strong and resilient muscles, bones and joints through a combination of strength training, plyometrics, and active mobility. Supports recovery, injury prevention and longevity in your sports. Intensity of exercises can be adjusted for all levels.
Focus on key areas: knees, ankles, hips, shoulders, deep core, back, hamstrings
Goal: Move better and start your season right. Support your summer activities such as running, cycling, paddling or racket sports by building strength, resilience and confidence.

Get stronger, move better, and feel more confident with this 4-week Power Yoga series. Each class is a simple, follow-along flow with clear tips on how to move safely and use your breath to stay steady. You’ll build strength, improve flexibility, and learn a routine you can do on your own. By the end, you’ll feel more comfortable on the mat and a bit calmer and more balanced in your day-to-day life.
